Pilates & Me

My Pilates story started when I attended my first Pilates session after the birth of my youngest daughter. Since then, there was no turning back, as I was hooked. My family knew that pretty early in the process and have supported me through out. I worked in a few different studios over the years, studied vigorously, attended many workshops and conferences, and learnt from the best in the industry. I felt now it was the best time for me to venture out on my own. The goal of owning my own studio is to make Pilates accessible to everyone. I want to provide the best quality Pilates instructions for my clients, whilst staying true to the Pilates Method.

So here I am, another chapter in my story. Opening my own studio that I can be proud of, so I can expand my passion for Pilates to the wider community. I want to help clients improve their quality of life, giving them the opportunity to live their best life-story.

My main aim of opening my own studio is to make my clients feel at home. It is a welcoming, comfortable and a safe space for clients to be themselves. It's a fully equipped small Pilates studio, complete with props and small equipment needed to make their session as effective and pleasant as possible.

The studio is a part of my home, therefore sometimes clients will experience the hustle and bustle of family life as the kids busy themselves to get to or come home from school. They will come and say hi or bye to you.

But the studio is also a quiet private place for contemplation. Listening to bird song, or hip hop, whilst immersing yourself in deep connection with your body and mind, escaping from the hustle and bustle of life. 

The studio is for chats, laughter, stories, compassion and empathy, all the while building a stronger body and better mental health.

Also, Egg the dog will love you, and Tofu the cat will grace you with her presence if she feels like it, but she will love you too.
